Your code and conversations
Conversations, files and agent runs stay on your computer. Model requests go straight from the app to the provider you configured, not through Cubyx servers. How the provider handles that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
API keys
Encrypted by your operating system’s secure storage and kept on this machine. Never uploaded.
Account (optional)
Every local feature works without signing in. If you sign in, we store your email, the name and avatar you set, a hash of your password, and the list of signed-in devices (with IP addresses truncated to the network).
Conversation sync (off by default)
Conversations are uploaded to the account server only after you turn sync on in Settings, so you can restore them on your other devices. They may contain tool output, file contents and images — make sure that’s fine to upload first. Turning sync off or deleting a conversation stops the upload.
Update checks
At most once a day the app asks GitHub for the latest version number. No personal information is sent.
